Chad’s exposure to machining and fabrication began long before his professional career, being a third generation toolmaker/fabricator.

Chad’s working career started in the early 1990’s at a local Tool & Die shop where he learned what it takes to be a toolmaker in a machine shop. Since then he has worked in two other machine shops as a machinist and two factories where he performed mechanical and electrical maintenance, before landing at G3 Machining.
